One record per trip

Stop running trips across calls, chats and spreadsheets.

A taxi trip touches the booking desk, dispatch, the driver, the guest and accounts. DutyGo keeps all of them on the same trip record, so everyone sees the same status.

  • Bookings are created with guest, pickup, drop, date, time, duty type and billing type.
  • Dispatch sees which vehicles and drivers are free for the schedule.
  • Drivers update the trip from a link on their phone.
  • Duty slips and invoices are generated from the completed trip.

The booking screen is described under cab booking management software, and the duty types under cab duty scheduling software.

What the platform covers

Everything a taxi trip needs, in one system.

Trip booking

Create, search and filter trips, including bookings added by companies and customers from their own logins. This is the online trip booking management system at the core of DutyGo.

HR-KM (Local), Day-KM (Outstation), Long Duration (Monthly) and Flat Rate, with pricing by city, vehicle group and package.

Driver and vehicle allocation

Choose from the vehicles free for the schedule, assign a driver and notify them by SMS or email.

Live tracking

Cab booking and trip tracking software in one: GPS-enabled vehicles on a live map, trip replay by date range and a time-limited guest link.

Driver updates and expenses

Drivers start and end trips from a phone link, verify with guest signature or OTP and add toll and parking bills with photos.

Duty slips and invoices

PDF duty slips with the guest signature, and invoices that can be re-issued when a trip changes.

How it works

4

Questions

Taxi Trip Management Platform: common questions.

More answers are in the DutyGo FAQ.

What is a taxi trip management platform?
It is a trip management system for taxi operators: software that manages each taxi trip from booking to invoice. DutyGo covers booking, vehicle and driver allocation, live tracking, driver trip updates, duty slips and invoices.
Does DutyGo provide taxis or drivers?
No. DutyGo is management software for cab operators, vendors and travel desks. It does not run a taxi service.
Can DutyGo suggest vehicles and drivers automatically?
Not yet. Smart dispatch is on the roadmap. Today a dispatcher picks from the vehicles and drivers available for the schedule.
Can one platform handle booking and tracking together?
Yes. A booking, its allocation, the live map, the guest tracking link and the invoice all belong to the same trip record. Live tracking needs a GPS device linked to the vehicle by its IMEI.
