What we collect
When you use the Request a Demo or Contact forms we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone number, fleet size, your role, the features you would like to see, and your message.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To set up your organisation if you become a customer.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies of its own, does not store information in your browser, and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, and Google receives the technical details that any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. If this changes, we will update this policy.
The DutyGo platform
Information entered into the DutyGo web application, such as bookings, trips, vehicle locations and documents, is handled under the agreement between your organisation and us, and is separate from the enquiries described above. For questions about that information, write to info@cosmicagps.com.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle them. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to info@cosmicagps.com.
